formerly known as LIAN TAT Air-conditioning & Electrical Engineering
since 1978. Essentially we are a Mechanical & Electrical Contractor
in northern region, and capable of designing of commercial air duct,
cooling tower, chilled water & condenser water piping system, ventilation
fan system & air-conditioning system. |
| Presently
we are the authorized dealer for YORK, TRANE, HITACHI and GENAIRE
air-conditioner. We are able to supply and install all types of
air-conditioning equipment such as split/multi-split air-conditioner,
air-cooled/water-cooled ducted package unit, all types of chiller,
and are authorized by the above-mentioned manufacturers to handle
all kinds of diagnostic action and trouble shooting. Beside these,
we also provide services such as replacement of refrigeration spare
parts, chemical overhaul for air-conditioning system coils, water
treatment for cooling towers, monthly general maintenance service. |

frequently enchance our service quality, revamp our range of product
with some new enchanced products and review our technical skill
according to garnered customer's needs, in order to provide our
valued customer with better services such as prompt response, professional
solution and etc. |
